This policy explains how SoftLavka (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use softlavka.com, submit a lead or trial request, or use SoftLavka products and related services.
1. Who we are
SoftLavka provides an AI-native ERP platform, PosApp, 1C/BAS services, and related automation. Contact for privacy questions: privacy@softlavka.com.
2. Data we collect
- Contact / lead forms: name, work email, phone (optional), message, and the page or module you requested.
- Account / product use: credentials and configuration data you store in SoftLavka when you create an account (processed under your workspace agreement).
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and basic request metadata needed to operate and secure the site.
3. Why we process data
- Respond to trial, demo, and sales requests (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract).
- Provide and secure SoftLavka services (contract / legitimate interest).
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Where data is stored
Marketing site and platform infrastructure may run in EU and/or Ukraine data centers, as described on softlavka.com. Processors act under contracts that require appropriate protection.
5. Retention
Lead and contact requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention is required by law or an active customer relationship.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@softlavka.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
The marketing site uses local storage for theme and language preferences in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on softlavka.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
